Joyful Movement Classes in London, UK - Schedule
Exercise increases cognitive activity in people of all ages, so participating in physical activity can also help to keep the brain healthy.
These classes use an evidence-based approach to simultaneously engage both mind and body.
Juliet teaches one choreographed dance route in one hour to an inspiring custom mix. Participants are encouraged to “find their flow”, add their own flavour to the movements to truly express themselves through dance. Classes are taught with options to accommodate different fitness levels (low or high impact).

Group cycle classes are a fantastic cardiovascular workout to fun and energizing music. Everybody works at their own level, so all levels of experience can participate together.
